Do you create custom orders?
Custom orders are a big part of our business! Whether you want a personalized gift, something to match your wedding or just a special piece – let us create it for you. Simply email us at wendyscottcollection@gmail.com with your request. We will contact you to discuss the details, design specifications and timeline.  If you are pleased with that information we will proceed. Customized pieces are non-returnable.

Do you have quality Jump Rings?
One of the main ingredients in beautiful jewelry, of course, is the components or the parts. When doing chainmaille jewelry the jump rings are part of the jewelry and without quality cut jump rings, the design may be flawed. While there are several ways of making jump rings we use power equipment to ensure precise cuts and diameters. This will allow accurate design measurements for flexibility in your project. By purchasing your supplies from us, you are guaranteed high-quality polished jump rings with precision cut and quality.

Will I be charged sales tax?
No, not if the package is being shipped outside of Missouri. We only charge sales tax for items shipped to Missouri.

Can I send someone a gift from Wendy Scott Collection or ship to a different address than mine?
Yes. Simply indicate the two addresses during the ordering process
